Registration
CIF Home Campus registration is now open for the Summer Camp 2025 and 2025/2026 school year!
The initial registration takes about 45 minutes to an hour. It is recommended you register from a computer instead of your phone. Please register for BOTH summer camp and for the 25/26 school year at the same time to have your athlete cleared for participation before the first day of camp.

CIF Home Campus Registration Link
Please take notice that the CIF Home Campus registration is not something the student can do and MUST be completed by the parent/guardian. There are a lot of important documents that you must read and sign off on.
***NEW***
You must upload a Sports Physical
It is very important that your student's physician or physician's assistant signs off on the medical clearance & has a doctors stamp the form.
If it is not complete, your athlete will not be cleared and you will have to take it back to them.
You must upload copy of Insurance Card
We also need a picture of the front and back of the insurance card.
The alternative locations where you can do the sports physical, in case your insurance doesn't allow you to have more than 1 physical a year, are listed below:
As soon as all the paperwork is submitted and the registration is complete, we will be able to clear your athlete. It's important to get this done ASAP. Per CIF and School District Policies, every athlete needs to be cleared in order to participate in a sport.
